Short answer: None, all three terms (Short Term Rental, Vacation Rental and Airbnb) are used interchangeably, renting your property for a short-term much like a hotel would a hotel room, meaning days, weeks and sometimes months as opposed to a long term rental which is usually 6 to 12 months.
When guests are ready to book your property, we manage all inquiries, send confirmation emails, and provide pre-stay information so they know exactly what to expect upon arrival and who to contact in case of any issues.
During their stay, guests have access to local on-the-ground assistance from a Guest Contact of your choosing (or us on the Full Service Plan), while our remote team is available 24/7 to answer questions and coordinate support.
