  • Cleaning fee: Covers the cost of professional housekeeping with enhanced cleaning protocols

  • Hot tub fee: Maintains hot tubs with professional service and supplies

  • Damage waiver fee: Small fee (up to $60 per reservation) for accidental damage coverage up to $10,000, excluding specific circumstances

To determine if you and your property are a good match for our services, complete a brief form to assess your eligibility. Once you provide details such as your property type, location, and availability, we’ll promptly respond with an assessment.

Short answer: None, all three terms (Short Term Rental, Vacation Rental and Airbnb) are used interchangeably, renting your property for a short-term much like a hotel would a hotel room, meaning days, weeks and sometimes months as opposed to a long term rental which is usually 6 to 12 months.

When guests are ready to book your property, we manage all inquiries, send confirmation emails, and provide pre-stay information so they know exactly what to expect upon arrival and who to contact in case of any issues.

During their stay, guests have access to local on-the-ground assistance from a Guest Contact of your choosing (or us on the Full Service Plan), while our remote team is available 24/7 to answer questions and coordinate support. Additionally, owners can utilize our Premium Support Desk for quick responses and resolutions to any problems that may arise during a guest’s stay.

After check-out, we send review reminders to guests to help build and maintain your online reputation.

Yes, you may switch between Co-Host, Co-Host Plus, and Full Service at any time for any reason. Any change will take effect within 15 business days of your request.
